KBIS 2026 Trends
KBIS 2026 | Setting Trends for the Year
Here are the four major decorative hardware trends we’re seeing emerge.
1.
Bold and Lively Colors
Color was embraced, with bright tones featured prominently in paint, tiles and cabinetry. Wallpapers had bold patterns and colors.
Many vendors were displaying vibrant color combinations, which was the inspiration for our Studio Remix collection.
These pulls are available in popular mixed finish combinations that add a striking visual to designs.
2.
Add Dimension with Texture
Texture was everywhere — and it’s influencing hardware
design in a big way.
Cabinet hardware featuring fluting, knurling, hammered detailing, and grooved
elements was prominent across displays .
Beyond the hardware itself, we saw decorative metal mesh
inlays and rattan/caning inserts incorporated into cabinetry.
Our new collection coming this spring., Cannelee, features
fluted knobs and pulls adding depth and style to a space.
3.
Classic Finishes
Classic finishes have stood the test of time for a reason
and are not going anywhere.
Brushed Nickel and Modern Brushed Gold continue to lead the
market and anchor our new traditional collection, Emerling, available
in a pull, knob, and coordinating cup pull.
These popular finishes also extend into our new backplate
collections, Galloway and Statler, designed to complement a
wide range of cabinetry styles.
KBIS 2026 reinforced the growing influence of decorative hardware in shaping the overall aesthetic of a space. Designers are selecting hardware earlier in the process, using it to guide finish selection, material contrast, and visual rhythm.
For Berenson, these trends align with our commitment to offering more designs, broader finish selections, and dimensional detailing that supports both bold expression and timeless application. See What's New!
