Frequently Asked Questions

Purchasing Berenson hardware products requires a customer account, this is different than a website account. Industry professionals may sign up for a web account to access a variety of tools such as ordering samples and catalogs.

Samples offered at 50% off may still be purchased via credit card using a Berenson web account.

If you are interested in a customer account to purchase Berenson products, please contact a member of our Sales or Customer Service Teams.

Any of our pulls with a 10-24 tap are considered an Appliance Pull. The bigger tap is more secure for pulling open heavier doors, so these are typically used on larger cabinets or appliances.

Our appliance pulls come in a range of sizes. You can find a full listing of our them here
